Au fil d’une délirante odyssée entre Singapour, Miami et Guatemala City où il est question de guerres de clans et d’avènement de la science, de médecine nouvelle et de rencontre métaphysique avec « Dieu-bite », nous croisons une « branche dissidente de la secte Moon » et des « partisans du Noyau Cool », « un diététicien spécialisé en chirurgie esthétique pour enfants obèses » et un « végétalien tendance dure ». Un trafic de marchandises traverse cet univers à peine plus exagéré que le nôtre. Des « pilules oranges » circulent dans la nuit, des « graines et des pistils de fleurs en barquettes » sont « vendues à prix d’or sur des marchés flottants » et des « carcasses de bœuf argentin remplies de sexes de petites filles et de sachets de dope » sont « distribuées par les « Géniteurs de l’Alliance Rose ». Humour caustique, visions sanglantes et télescopages délirants décrivent un monde où toute la démesure du nôtre semble s’être agrégée en des figures jusqu’alors inédites, logée dans des fantasmes et croyances d’un genre nouveau et lâchée dans des scénarios barbares à l’inventivité jamais démentie par l’histoire.





In the course of a delirious odyssey between Singapore, Miami, and Guatemala City where it’s all about clan war, the advent of science, new medicine, and metaphysical encounter with a “God-cock”, we meet a “breakaway group of the Moon sect”, and partisans of the “Cool Core”, “a nutrition specialist for obese children”, and a “hardcore vegan”. Some goods traffic passes through this universe. A universe hardly more exaggerated than ours. “Orange pills” circulate in the night, “punnets of seeds and flower pistil” are “sold for a small fortune on floating markets”, and “Argentinian oxen carcasses filled with little girls’ genitals and small bags of drugs” are “distributed by the “Pro-genitors of the Rose Alliance”. Caustic humour, wild visions, and delirious intermingling describe a world where all the excessiveness of our own world seems to have been agglomerated into figures that were new until today. It is an excessiveness that is nested in fantasies and beliefs of a new genre, and released into barbaric scenarios, the inventiveness of which has never been contradicted by history.
